Payment & Attendance Policies
  • Family Discount: We love supporting local families! If you have multiple students from the same household enrolled in one-on-one sessions, enjoy a 10% discount off your entire monthly invoice balance.
  • Cash Reward: Enjoy a 4% cash reward on your total balance when making payments in cash.
  • 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests for one-on-one sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to the full session fee.
  • Group Attendance: Group sessions run as scheduled even if one student is absent. Absent students remain responsible for their portion of the session fee.
